The Government of Morocco has made several fully-funded tuition scholarships available to citizens of Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

To assist with the application process, the Embassies of the Eastern Caribbean States in Morocco, in collaboration with the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean Students in Morocco (OECSM) and the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), are hosting an informational webinar to inform potential applicants about the application process for each member state. The webinar will feature students currently participating in the scholarship and administrators to give deep insight into questions from attendees. Application Information
Application forms will be available at the following locations in each eligible member state:
Antigua and Barbuda - Office of the Prime Minister
Dominica - Ministry of Education, Training Division
Grenada - Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Saint Kitts and Nevis - Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bilateral Division
Saint Lucia - Ministry of Education, Human Resources Department
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines - Services Commission, Personnel Department
Who can apply?
Students from the above-listed OECS Member States between the ages of 17 and 23 years old.
For undergraduate study: CAPE/Associate Degree in 2025 with grade A or B, or are preparing the same in 2026, and have maintained a good academic record during the last two semesters of their studies.
For graduate study: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with grade A or B, and who are interested in applying for a Master's degree.
